Welcome to Veltryxx Training Intelligence (veltryxx.com). By registering for an account, accessing our platform, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of your team or organization. You agree to use the platform legally and respectfully, and not to misuse our tools or data.

2. 14-Day Free Trial & Subscriptions

• New teams are eligible for a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin.
• At the end of the 14 days, you must select a paid subscription tier to maintain access to your data.
• If a subscription is not purchased, your team's account will be set to inactive, and access to the control panel will be restricted. Data will not be immediately deleted, allowing you to reactivate later.

3. Data Privacy and Medical Information

Veltryxx Training Intelligence allows coaches and medical staff to log player data, including physical fitness metrics and physiotherapy records. You agree that:

• You have the consent of your athletes to log and store this data.
• You will not use this platform as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• We do not sell your team's data to third parties. Your data is strictly isolated to your team environment.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account passwords and player access codes. Veltryxx Training Intelligence cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

5. Service Availability

We strive to keep the platform online 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance, which may result in temporary downtime.

6. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we will notify team administrators via email or a platform announcement.
